The WAN & Network Service Delivery Manager combines two equally important responsibilities within KION's Enterprise Network service, focusing on global WAN managed service governance and coordinating service delivery and BAU operations.
- Monitor supplier delivery, contractual performance, service levels, lifecycle, risks, costs, and service improvements for global WAN managed service
- Coordinate service delivery and BAU operations across Campus LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, and DDI
- Experience in global WAN managed service governance
- Experience coordinating service delivery and BAU operations across Campus LAN, Wi-Fi, WAN, and DDI
