Voice Process Executive

• Handle inbound calls from US customers on insurance queries
• Process insurance claims and update records in CRM
• Meet daily call handling and quality targets

• Handle inbound customer calls and resolve queries efficiently
• Process transactions and update records in insurance software systems
• Adhere to call quality, AHT, and CSAT metrics
• Escalate complex claims to supervisors
• Complete required training and knowledge assessments

• Graduate in any discipline
• Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent
• Willingness to work US shift hours (evening/night)
• Basic typing speed of 30+ WPM
• Previous BPO or customer service experience is preferred
• Knowledge of insurance processes is a bonus
