Gephels is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Technical Support Executive to assist our clients with software-related queries, ensure client satisfaction, and provide technical guidance in a work-from-office environment.
- Understand and respond to client queries through email, calls, or remote access
- Provide software support and troubleshoot user issues efficiently
- Install, configure, and maintain company software at the client end if required
- Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes or feature requests
- Handle basic website updates using HTML, CSS, and WordPress
- Strong understanding of software systems and general IT knowledge
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
- Knowledge of web technology (HTML, CSS, WordPress)
- Familiarity with software installation, troubleshooting, and remote support tools
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
