- Lead technical delivery for payroll and attendance platform modules
- Drive architecture decisions and code quality standards
- Conduct technical design reviews and code walkthroughs
- Mentor 5–8 engineers on full-stack best practices
- Collaborate with product managers on feature scoping
- Support enterprise client technical escalations
- 7–9 years full-stack engineering with 2+ years as Tech Lead
- Java and Spring Boot backend
- React.js or Angular frontend
- PostgreSQL and Redis
