SW Engineer - QA Operations

Responsible for leading and managing multiple software system engineering teams in a hybrid environment, overseeing design, development, testing, and integration of complex products and platforms. Works closely with internal and external partners to ensure compliance with design standards, drive innovation, and provide mentorship to junior staff.

• Lead multiple project teams of software systems engineers and development partners through all stages of design, development, testing, and integration
• Manage and expand relationships with internal and outsourced development partners
• Review and evaluate designs and project activities for compliance with design guidelines and standards, providing feedback to improve product quality
• Provide domain‑specific expertise and overall software systems leadership to cross‑organization projects and programs
• Drive innovation and integration of new technologies into projects and activities within the software systems design organization
• Provide guidance and mentoring to less‑experienced staff members

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
• 6‑10 years of experience in software system architecture and development
• Extensive experience with software systems design tools and programming languages
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills in English and local language
• Proficiency in designing and integrating multi‑platform software systems
• Experience in developing test plans, debugging, and executing testing scripts and tools
