Join Blue Yonder to support global customers using the Dispatcher Warehouse Management System (WMS) application. Develop your expertise to become a techno-functional WMS product expert by resolving critical customer issues and analyzing application components.
- Support global customers using the Dispatcher Warehouse Management System (WMS) application
- Take ownership of customer issues and resolve them by analyzing logs and source code
- Raise requests with the PD team to fix existing application issues
- Ensure effective and professional customer communication
- Experience with backend technologies including Oracle DB, PL/SQL, and Pro*C
- Familiarity with frontend and backend frameworks such as Java, Spring Boot, and React JS
- Strong problem-solving and effective customer communication skills
