Staff Applications Dev Engineer

We are looking for a Staff Applications Development Engineer to build high‑quality, scalable code and design user‑friendly solutions that enable customers to extend and customize functionality. The role involves working with product owners, leading design and implementation, ensuring best practices, and mentoring teammates.

• Build high‑quality, clean, scalable and reusable code, enforcing best practices such as code reviews and unit testing
• Collaborate with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own code from design to delivery
• Design software that is simple to use, enabling customers to extend and customize functionality
• Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features, and enhance existing product suite
• Mentor colleagues and promote knowledge sharing

• 6+ years of experience with Java or a similar OO language
• Experience with JavaScript and modern UI frameworks (Angular, React, or Vue)
• Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, object‑oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations
• Experience integrating or evaluating AI into work processes, decision‑making or problem‑solving
• Ability to manage projects with material technical risk at a team level
