Nationwide is seeking a Software Engineer - Java Full Stack to join their technology team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will focus on providing high-quality, efficient technology solutions by crafting new software applications, and analyzing, coding, testing, debugging, and maintaining enterprise systems in a collaborative agile environment.
- Analyses, solutions, develops, tests, debugs, documents and deploys software according to standards in an agile environment.
- Applies secure software and systems engineering practices throughout the delivery lifecycle to protect data and technology solutions.
- Uses DevSecOps practices, tooling and techniques.
- Drives continuous improvement and learning through ongoing training, practice and innovation.
- Manages medium to large project priorities, deadlines and deliverables proactively.
- 8-10 years of hands-on software development experience
- 5+ years developing enterprise applications using Java technologies
- 3+ years building cloud-native applications on AWS
- 3+ years developing modern web applications using Angular
- Strong proficiency in Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
