We are seeking a Software Development Manager to lead the DSP SafetyTech team at Amazon. This newly formed team serves as the intelligence layer between safety signals and decisions, transforming how safety decisions are made for Amazon's Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) across 21 countries. You will be responsible for building intelligent, data-driven platforms that protect delivery associates every single day by interpreting safety events, routing them appropriately, and ensuring no safety event goes unresolved.
- Lead the DSP SafetyTech engineering team
- Drive the vision and execution of intelligent, data-driven safety platforms
- Ensure robust handling and routing of safety signals across global operations
- Experience in software development management or technical leadership
- Background in building data-driven platforms or intelligent systems
- Proven ability to lead and grow engineering teams
