Nykaa is hiring a Social Media Manager to own the Nykaa brand presence across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms — building content that inspires 25M+ beauty lovers to discover and buy the latest beauty products.
- Own Nykaa's Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platform content calendar
- Manage 50+ beauty influencer collaboration campaigns per quarter
- Brief and review content creators on Nykaa brand guidelines
- Analyse content performance and optimise for reach and engagement
- Build Nykaa Gen Z community across short-form video platforms
- Present monthly social performance reports to CMO
- 3–5 years social media management in consumer brand or agency
- Deep knowledge of Instagram, YouTube, and Reels/Shorts content strategy
- Influencer relationship management experience
- Sprinklr or Hootsuite social media management tools
- Strong visual storytelling and content writing skills
- Beauty or fashion domain passion and knowledge
