Site Reliability & DevOps Engineer – VP

Responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining automated deployment pipelines, monitoring, and observability solutions for a digital service platform at a corporate bank. Works across the SDLC to ensure stability, compliance, and efficient production support.

• Design and implement automated deployment pipelines and recovery mechanisms
• Build and maintain monitoring, observability, and alerting solutions
• Collaborate with development teams to automate deployment and onboarding of new features
• Analyze production issues, provide feedback, and drive continuous improvement
• Document processes, create dashboards, and manage configuration of business applications
• Mentor colleagues and promote best practices across virtual teams

• Extensive IT experience building software and managing application/platform infrastructure
• Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions, Terraform, Jenkins, and Docker
• Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud) and container orchestration (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
• Hands‑on with monitoring & logging tools (New Relic, AppDynamics, Splunk)
• Knowledge of incident tracking systems (ServiceNow, Remedy, Heat)
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Experience with Agile development and Test‑Driven Development
