Flix is seeking a Senior Workday Consultant to join our People & Organization Digital Transformation team. In this role, you will act as a bridge between HR and technology, translating business challenges into scalable technology, automation, and AI solutions across the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand end-to-end HR business processes
- Translate business challenges into scalable technology, automation, and AI solutions
- Work across the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle to implement digital transformations
- Proven experience working as a Workday Consultant or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes across the hire-to-retire employee lifecycle
- Experience with technology automation and AI solutions in an HR context
