Senior Systems Engineer responsible for designing, developing and maintaining customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Suite. The role involves creating personalized communications across email, SMS, print, web and mobile channels, developing templates, forms, statements, notices, invoices and marketing communications. It also includes configuring and optimizing Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive Automation and Scaler components, integrating customer data from CRM and ERP databases, and implementing dynamic content solutions.
- Design, develop and maintain customer communication solutions using Quadient Inspire Suite.
- Create and manage personalized communications for email, SMS, print, web and mobile channels.
- Develop templates, forms, customer correspondence statements, notices, invoices and marketing communications.
- Configure and optimize Quadient Inspire Designer, Interactive Automation and Scaler components.
- Integrate customer data from CRM, ERP databases and enterprise systems.
- Implement dynamic content solutions.
