Innovaccer is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build the Healthcare Data Platform that unifies clinical, claims, and social determinants of health data for 3,000+ US healthcare organizations serving 100M+ patients.

You will design and own data interoperability services that directly improve health outcomes for millions of Americans.

  • Build FHIR-compliant patient data unification microservices
  • Design healthcare data interoperability APIs for EHR integrations
  • Own services end-to-end from development to HIPAA-compliant production deployment
  • Lead technical design reviews for health data platform
  • Mentor junior engineers on healthcare engineering standards
  • Participate in on-call rotation for patient data services
  • 5+ years backend engineering experience
  • Expert Java or Python for healthcare data systems
  • FHIR R4 and HL7 healthcare data standards
  • PostgreSQL and Redis at scale
  • Apache Kafka for healthcare event streaming
  • HIPAA compliance and PHI data handling
  • B.Tech/M.Tech from reputed institute
