QAD is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to own the continuous validation and quality of Champion Assist, a multi-agent AI product with approximately 20 evolving agents. You will test the agents themselves—their reasoning, tool use, orchestration and handoffs, and the quality of their responses—going beyond traditional UI and API checks.
- Own the continuous validation and quality of multi-agent AI products
- Test AI agents for reasoning, tool use, orchestration, handoffs, and response quality
- Design evaluation frameworks and regression suites to catch failures unique to LLM-driven systems
- Experience testing non-deterministic, LLM-driven systems
- Ability to design evaluation frameworks and regression suites for complex AI products
