Senior Manager Principal Cloud Engineer Technical Manager

Bristol-Myers Squibb is seeking an experienced Senior Cloud Engineer and Technical Manager to design, develop, and deliver complex end-to-end cloud-native solutions incorporating AI, data engineering, and automation. In this role, you will lead hands-on implementation, build reusable platforms, and mentor high-performing engineering teams.

• Lead hands-on implementation of AI-enabled cloud solutions while guiding teams on secure and scalable AI usage
• Design large-scale, multi-account, multi-region, serverless solutions on AWS addressing all Well-Architected concerns
• Lead, mentor, and grow Cloud and DevOps engineering teams, fostering ownership and continuous improvement
• Develop self-service user and admin portals and reusable platform components

• Expert-level experience in AWS services beyond EC2 and databases, including serverless and managed services
• Strong coding skills in JavaScript, Node.js, and Python
• Experience with AI SDK and services, generative AI, prompt engineering, and LLM models
• Deep understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) delivery models like CloudFormation
• Demonstrated experience leading and managing high-performing Cloud and DevOps engineering teams
