Diebold Nixdorf is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to leverage software and services to transform data into actionable insights, informing the organization's strategic and tactical business decisions. The role involves collecting, integrating, analyzing, and presenting information from various sources to develop historical, current, and predictive views of business operations.
- Consulting of supported functions (CSMs, Field Service, etc.) on using the right KPIs to identify business opportunities and challenges
- Transform data into actionable insights to inform strategic and tactical business decisions
- Collect, integrate, analyze, and present information from internal and external sources
- Develop insightful historic, current, and predictive views of business operations
- Strong background in Business Intelligence and data analysis
- Experience with data integration and visualization tools
- Ability to consult with supported functions like CSMs and Field Service on key performance indicators
