As a Senior AI Data Engineer at Nokia, you will own end-to-end data engineering to create reliable, linked, and AI‑ready assets from standards and internal datasets, supporting research, standards, and patenting initiatives.

  • Own data solutions from requirements and architecture through deployment and continuous improvement
  • Build scalable ingestion, transformation, and processing pipelines for standards and strategic datasets
  • Transform complex information into structured, reliable, and AI‑ready data assets
  • Develop AI/LLM‑assisted data processing, semantic ingestion, and retrieval capabilities
  • Strengthen metadata, data quality, lineage, freshness, observability, and reliability
  • Operate solutions using Python, Kubernetes, Spark, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch, and Microsoft Fabric
  • Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing while remaining hands‑on in solution delivery
  • Strong hands‑on Python skills for automated data pipelines
  • Experience in production‑grade data and software engineering
  • Knowledge of distributed data processing and data modelling
  • Proficiency with PostgreSQL or Elasticsearch
  • Experience with Kubernetes, cloud‑native CI/CD, and monitoring
  • Ability to translate complex requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Strong ownership, collaboration, and communication skills
