We are seeking a Salesforce App Developer/Admin to act as an administrator for the Salesforce platform implemented in our organization.
You will be responsible for managing user and license settings, maintaining reports and dashboards, and providing dedicated support to Salesforce users through ticket management.
- Manage user and license settings including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups in Salesforce
- Create, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards based on end-user needs
- Provide support to Salesforce users through ticket management, addressing and resolving issues promptly
- Identify and gather business requirements
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce administration and app development
- Knowledge of user and license settings, roles, profiles, permissions, and public groups
- Experience in creating and customizing reports and dashboards
- Strong troubleshooting and ticket management skills
