The Sales Systems Analyst – Salesforce Administrator will manage the day‑to‑day administration, configuration, development, and optimization of the company's Salesforce.com environment. The role ensures a reliable, scalable and accurate system of record for the global sales organization, supports integrations with related sales technologies, and builds and maintains reports and dashboards for weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting.

  • Administer and configure Salesforce.com environment on a daily basis.
  • Develop and maintain customizations and automations within Salesforce.
  • Optimize system performance and ensure reliability and scalability.
  • Support integrations between Salesforce and other sales technologies.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards for weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reporting.
