React JS and Node JS Developer

Infosys is seeking a seasoned React JS and Node JS Developer with over 9 years of experience to lead the end-to-end development of scalable web applications. In this role, you will define technical architecture, build robust frontend and backend services, drive engineering best practices, and mentor team members.

• Lead end-to-end development of web applications using ReactJS for frontend and Node.js for backend services
• Define technical architecture, design patterns, and coding standards to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions
• Build and review reusable UI components, state management approaches, and frontend performance optimizations
• Design and implement backend APIs and service layers with strong focus on reliability, security, and performance
• Conduct code reviews, enforce quality gates, and ensure adherence to engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root-cause analysis, and implement preventive improvements
• Mentor and guide team members, supporting technical growth and ensuring consistent delivery outcomes

• 9+ years of overall experience in software development with strong hands-on expertise in ReactJS and Node.js
• Proven experience delivering production-grade applications and services with strong engineering discipline
• Strong understanding of frontend and backend fundamentals, including component-based UI development and API design
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
