QA Test Engineer - KYC and Customer Servicing

We are seeking a skilled QA Test Engineer specializing in KYC (Know Your Customer) and Customer Servicing to join our dynamic team in Karnataka. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance within the banking domain, ensuring that our onboarding processes and customer servicing applications meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for KYC and customer servicing applications
• Collaborate with development teams to understand application functionality and design effective testing strategies
• Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring timely resolution
• Conduct regression testing and performance testing to ensure application stability and reliability
• Participate in requirement reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality aspects

• Proven experience in QA testing, particularly in KYC and customer servicing applications
• Strong understanding of the banking domain and related compliance requirements
• Familiarity with testing tools and methodologies
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
