QA Onboarding, KYC and Customer Servicing Test Engineer

ACURA SOLUTIONS LTD is seeking a QA Onboarding, KYC & Customer Servicing Test Engineer to validate digital customer journeys, ensure compliance with KYC regulations, and test workflows related to account opening and customer servicing.

• Perform functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of customer onboarding and servicing applications
• Test digital registration processes, validate customer identity setups, and ensure accuracy of account-opening workflows
• Validate KYC processes and manage hand-offs between onboarding and origination systems
• Test consent management, customer profile updates, and document upload and verification flows
• Verify customer service requests, manage complaint workflows, and ensure data consistency across integrated systems
• Identify, document, track, and retest defects throughout onboarding and servicing journeys
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and collaborate closely with business and technology teams

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding, KYC, account opening, or customer servicing testing
• Solid understanding of digital registration and customer identity verification workflows
• Knowledge of KYC, consent management, customer profile management, and document management processes
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect management skills
• Experience in API testing, backend validation, and integration testing
