Radancy is seeking an SDET to join their global Engineering team. The role involves building and maintaining automated test frameworks across multi-application platforms, profiling performance, and collaborating with developers to embed quality throughout the SDLC.
- Understand code flow and component interactions
- Set up, maintain, and perform test automation frameworks on multi‑application platforms
- Perform application profiling to identify performance issues and support tool development
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to improve quality and ensure high‑quality releases
- 2-5+ years of development and automated testing experience
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
- Strong understanding of SOLID principles and object‑oriented programming
- Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python
- Experience working in an Agile (Scrum) environment
- Experience with microservices architecture (preferred)
- Knowledge of Behavior‑Driven Development (BDD) principles, frameworks or tools (e.g., Gherkin)
- Exposure to PostgreSQL and MongoDB (preferred)
- Experience with Selenium, Playwright or Cypress test frameworks (plus)
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated build processes and GitHub Actions
