QA Engineer (API and UI Testing) (Electronic City)

Pracemo Global is seeking a QA Engineer with strong hands-on automation testing experience to join their team in Electronic City, Bengaluru. The role involves developing and maintaining automation frameworks, executing UI and REST API tests, performing troubleshooting and root-cause analysis, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

• Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test scripts
• Execute automated UI and REST API testing
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
• Analyze test failures, logs, and defects
• Perform troubleshooting and root-cause analysis
• Perform defect triaging and support timely resolution
• Maintain automation code using Git and integrate through CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins
• Coordinate with Development, Product, DevOps, and Security teams
• Prepare clear technical and non-technical test reports

• Minimum 1 year of QA experience with strong automation testing exposure
• Solid understanding of STLC and the complete end-to-end QA process
• Hands-on experience in API testing and API automation (Rest Assured preferred)
• Hands-on experience in UI-driven automation and Selenium
• Experience with Git and Jenkins
• Experience working across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms
• Strong debugging, log analysis, troubleshooting, and RCA skills
