Python Backend Developer – API Platform

Sarvam AI is hiring a Python Backend Developer to build the API platform and developer infrastructure enabling enterprises and developers to integrate Sarvam's Indic language AI models into their products.

• Build Sarvam AI public API platform for speech and text models
• Implement API authentication, rate limiting, and usage analytics
• Build developer portal and API documentation systems
• Monitor API reliability and SLA for enterprise customers
• Integrate Sarvam inference infrastructure with public API layer
• Support enterprise customer onboarding and integration

• 3–5 years Python backend engineering
• FastAPI or Django REST framework
• PostgreSQL and Redis for API state management
• API key management and rate limiting systems
• Docker and Kubernetes deployment
• Understanding of LLM inference APIs and OpenAI API design patterns
