Lead the networking practice, overseeing end-to-end delivery of network and security implementations, mentoring L1 & L2 engineers, and driving technical excellence.
- Own end-to-end delivery of all network and security implementations across the practice
- Lead a team of L1 and L2 network engineers and grow the team as the practice scales
- Remain hands-on in complex customer engagements, leading advanced implementations, troubleshooting, and technical escalations
- Provide technical leadership to L1 and L2 engineers by mentoring, reviewing solutions, and supporting them on challenging issues
- Design and review Low-Level Designs (LLDs) from solution proposals
