We are seeking an Offshore SAP FLM professional to manage the SS FLM group, accountable for timely and accurate customer deliveries, support execution review, and operational excellence.
- Manage the SS FLM group accountable for timely and accurate customer deliveries
- Review support execution and reporting on various accounts, providing direction and guidance
- Ensure the team maintains a high level of competence and operational excellence
- Take critical business decisions to meet customer expectations
- Serve as the escalation point of contact for respective Account DMs
- Drive continuous improvements and overall delivery excellence
- Handle people management duties
- Experience in SAP FLM and operations management
- Proven background in delivery management and team leadership
