SNSIN is seeking a Network Security Engineer to handle the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of network security solutions. The role involves providing both onsite and remote technical support, resolving connectivity issues, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot FortiGate or CheckPoint firewall solutions
- Provide onsite and remote technical support to customers
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity, security, and firewall-related issues
- Perform implementation, configuration changes, upgrades, and routine maintenance of network security devices
- Coordinate with customers to understand technical requirements and ensure timely issue resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, incidents, and implementations
- Proficiency with FortiGate or CheckPoint firewall solutions
- Strong network connectivity and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to provide technical support to customers
