Machine Learning Engineer – Personalisation

Flipkart's Personalisation ML team is hiring an ML Engineer to build recommendation and ranking systems that personalise the homepage, search results, and push notifications for 400M+ shoppers.

• Build and iterate on personalisation ML models
• Deploy models to production recommendation serving infrastructure
• Monitor model performance and data quality
• Run and analyse A/B experiments
• Optimise inference latency and throughput

• 3–5 years ML engineering experience
• Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow
• Recommendation systems: collaborative filtering, two-tower models
• Feature stores and large-scale feature engineering
• Model deployment and serving at scale
• Kafka and Spark for real-time feature pipelines
