The Lead Data Engineer will own the design, build, and delivery of core components of our data platform, leading a pod of engineers. They will shape how Code and Theory collects, models, and activates data, powering analytics, predictive models, and generative AI across the agency and its clients.
- Own design, build, and delivery of core components of the data platform
- Lead a pod of engineers working on these components
- Shape data collection, modeling, and activation processes
- Enable analytics, predictive models, and generative AI across the agency and clients
- Collaborate with Technical Director, Data Engineering, Machine Learning team, Strategy, and client-facing teams to translate business needs into reliable, well-modeled solutions
