Junior Python Developer - Teamverseinc, Hyderabad

We are looking for a Junior Python Developer to join our Hyderabad team. The role involves building and maintaining backend services, developing REST APIs, working with Django/Flask/FastAPI, managing databases, unit testing, and collaborating with senior developers and QA.

• Develop, test, and maintain Python‑based applications and backend functionalities
• Write clean, reusable, and efficient Python code following coding standards
• Build and maintain application features using Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Develop, integrate, and troubleshoot REST APIs and third‑party services
• Create and maintain database queries, tables, and application data operations
• Debug application issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes
• Perform unit testing and assist in resolving software defects
• Collaborate with senior developers, QA engineers, and project managers
• Participate in code reviews and implement feedback to improve code quality
• Maintain technical documentation and follow software development best practices
• Support application deployment, maintenance, and performance improvements

• 2 years of experience in Python programming and application development
• Proficiency in object‑oriented programming, data structures, exception handling, and file handling
• Working knowledge of Django, Flask, or FastAPI
• Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL and writing SQL queries
• Basic experience in developing and integrating REST APIs
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JSON
• Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab
• Knowledge of unit testing using PyTest or unittest
• Familiarity with VS Code, PyCharm, and debugging tools
• Basic knowledge of Linux commands and application deployment
