preferable.ai is looking for an IT Support Engineer on a contract basis to handle on-site hardware repair, infrastructure hands-and-feet support, and end-user device management in Gurgaon.
- OEM coordination and Break/Fix hardware repair
- Perform IMAC (install, move, add, change) activities for end-user and video conferencing devices
- Provide Smart-Hands support and infrastructure hands and feet support in key locations
- Handle back-up tape rotation and act as POC for off-site pick up
- Conduct driver testing for PC laptops and desktops
- Perform workstation patching remediation
- Experience in hardware break/fix and IMAC activities
- Familiarity with video conferencing devices and smart-hands support
- Ability to manage and prioritize SLA-based assignments
