Responsible for platform engineering activities, troubleshooting technical issues across multiple systems, supporting enterprise deployments and upgrades, improving platform processes and automation, and enhancing reliability of the Cortex environment. Collaborates with infrastructure, desktop engineering, cloud, application, security, brand, and technology teams to implement scalable security capabilities.
- Handle most platform engineering activities independently
- Troubleshoot technical issues involving multiple systems
- Support enterprise deployments and upgrades
- Improve platform processes and automation
- Strengthen reliability and effectiveness of the Cortex environment
- Work closely with infrastructure, desktop engineering, cloud, application, security, global brand, and technology partners to implement scalable security capabilities
