IT Data Analytics Senior Analyst

The IT Data Analytics Senior Analyst provides centralized data analytics, reporting, and program governance support for the IT Supply Chain & MES portfolio spanning 30+ manufacturing plants globally. The role enables data-driven decision-making for leadership by consolidating cross-regional deployment progress, resource utilization, investment planning, and risk tracking.

• Provide data analytics and reporting for the IT SC & MES portfolio across all regions and product lines
• Track deployment progress, resource utilization, and milestone adherence across manufacturing plants
• Support investment planning and business case development for new deployments, upgrades, and enhancements
• Maintain program documentation and governance artifacts across all product lines
• Support vendor performance tracking and contract management

• 4–7 years of experience in IT program analytics, PMO, or business analyst roles within IT, Supply Chain, or manufacturing environments
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate operational data into actionable insights
• Experience building executive dashboards and reporting using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar
• Experience tracking multi-project portfolios across geographies
• Strong documentation, process standardization, and governance skills
