IT Business Analyst EDI/Integration

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Order Management EDI Integrations Subject Matter Expert to join the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) program. In this hybrid role, you will lead the design, implementation, and support of EDI and system integrations across Order-to-Cash processes to unify quoting, ordering, and fulfillment for the combined networking business.

• Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP S/4HANA Order Management and EDI integrations.
• Lead the design, implementation, and support of end-to-end Order-to-Cash integration solutions.
• Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable integration architectures.
• Manage and support EDI transactions including ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and API-based integrations.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve integration failures, monitoring issues, and transaction errors.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of SAP SD/Order Management experience.
• 5+ years of SAP EDI and Integration experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash processes.
• Hands-on experience with EDI, IDocs, APIs, and Middleware Integration Platforms.
• Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
