Insurance Claim Processor

EXL Service is hiring Insurance Claim Processors for a US property and casualty insurance client's claims operations BPO unit in Noida.

You will review, validate, and process first-party and third-party insurance claims accurately within SLA timelines.

• Review and validate US insurance claim documents
• Enter claim data into the client's claims management system
• Identify incomplete or fraudulent claim red flags
• Meet daily claim processing volume and accuracy targets
• Communicate with US adjusters via email for additional information

• Any graduate with 1–2 years insurance or BPO experience
• Understanding of P&C insurance claims lifecycle preferred
• Strong data entry accuracy and speed
• Good written English for email communication
• Basic MS Office proficiency
