We are hiring for an International Voice Process - Customer Support Executive role handling US Process (Voice, Chat & Blended). This is a 5-day working position with rotational shifts based in Gurugram/Noida.
- Handle US customer support processes via voice, chat, and blended channels
- Manage customer queries and provide effective resolutions
- Any Graduate or Undergraduate
- Minimum 6 months of international BPO experience
- Excellent communication skills
