Pine Labs is hiring a Golang Engineer to build the BNPL (Buy Now Pay Later) and EMI microservices powering digital credit for 10M+ shoppers at Pine Labs merchant outlets across India and Southeast Asia.
- Build BNPL credit limit assignment and EMI calculation services in Go
- Develop merchant payment confirmation and settlement APIs
- Write comprehensive Go unit and integration tests
- Participate in BNPL technical design reviews
- Support on-call rotation for BNPL payment services
- Mentor junior Go engineers
- 3–5 years backend engineering with 2+ years Go
- gRPC and REST API design in Go
- PostgreSQL and Redis for financial data
- Kafka for BNPL event-driven workflows
- Docker and Kubernetes deployment
- Consumer lending or BNPL domain experience preferred
