Global M&C Portfolio Data Engineering Chapter Lead - MarTech Data Architect

Lead the data engineering chapter for BCG’s Global Marketing & Communications, driving the architecture, standards, and evolution of the marketing data foundation and connected platforms. Own the identity resolution model, data pipelines, governance, and AI-enabled insights to support analytics, dashboards, and channel performance intelligence.

• Design, document, and implement robust, scalable data pipelines feeding marketing analytics models.
• Define and enforce data quality, governance, and security standards across the marketing data environment.
• Architect and maintain the identity resolution framework across CRM, marketing automation, and third‑party sources.
• Collaborate with product owners, analysts, and insight leaders to align engineering capacity with analytical priorities.
• Mentor chapter engineers, conduct technical reviews, and drive continuous skill development.
• Evaluate and pilot new technologies and patterns to improve reliability and performance.

• Proficiency with Snowflake, dbt, and Apache Airflow for building scalable data pipelines.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, SCD, CDC, and data quality frameworks.
• Experience in data governance, security, and lineage.
• Knowledge of identity resolution and probabilistic/deterministic matching.
• Leadership experience managing and mentoring a data engineering team.
