Full Stack Engineer – AI & Cloud - 3+ Years Mandatory

ClearRoute is looking for a Full Stack Engineer – AI & Cloud to build reliable, production‑ready software. The role involves developing APIs, services, and automation, contributing to cloud‑native applications, and integrating AI solutions such as LLMs, RAG, and agentic workflows. The engineer will also maintain CI/CD pipelines and apply best practices in testing, observability, security, and reliability.

• Design, build, and maintain reliable, testable, production‑quality software.
• Develop APIs, services, and automation that support engineering and business workflows.
• Contribute to cloud‑native applications and reusable platform capabilities.
• Build integrations across applications, APIs, developer tooling, and external services.
• Develop and maintain automated delivery through CI/CD.
• Contribute to AI‑enabled solutions including LLM integrations, RAG, and agentic workflows.
• Apply good engineering practices across testing, observability, security, reliability, and maintainability.
• Participate in technical design and problem‑solving.

• 3‑6 years of software engineering experience.
• Hybrid work in Pune or Bengaluru.
• Hands‑on experience with React or Vue.js.
• Strong experience with Python or another modern programming language.
• Experience building backend services, APIs, and automation.
• Hands‑on experience with LLM‑powered applications, AI integrations, RAG, or agentic workflows.
• Understanding of AI application development and integration patterns.
• Strong grasp of software design principles, testing, and production engineering practices.
• Experience with Git and modern software delivery practices.
• Exposure to CI/CD and automated deployment.
• Understanding of cloud‑native application and infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Azure/GCP also considered).
• Experience with Kubernetes or Terraform (desirable).
