Full Stack Developer (Node.js & React.js)

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using React.js and Node.js
• Build and optimize REST APIs for high availability, scalability, and low latency
• Work with MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra to ensure data integrity and query performance
• Implement messaging and real-time communication using Kafka, streams, and WebSockets
• Contribute to low-level design with modular, maintainable architectures across patterns
• Write high-performance code, debug live applications, and maintain system reliability
• Leverage AI coding assistants for API scaffolding, schema design, debugging, refactoring, and test generation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and integrate emerging technologies where beneficial

• 4-6 years of full-stack development experience with React.js and Node.js
• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and RESTful API design
• Experience with MySQL, MongoDB, and Cassandra database design and optimization
• Hands‑on knowledge of Apache Kafka, WebSockets, and real-time messaging
• Strong understanding of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth), Git, CI/CD, and version control workflows
• Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, Codex) and ability to validate AI output
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or Google Cloud) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is preferred
• Solid fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and memory management
