DevOps Cloud Engineer

Responsible for owning the cloud infrastructure and DevOps automation for Immersive Technologies’ web portal and the next‑generation Computer‑Assisted Total Knee Replacement (TKR) Navigation ecosystem. The role involves designing, deploying, securing, and maintaining cloud services that support web applications, backend APIs, databases, Android navigation apps, and surgery‑related records. It also requires building automated CI/CD pipelines for web and Android releases, implementing backup and disaster recovery, ensuring secure device communication, and maintaining operational reliability.

• Own cloud infrastructure for web portal, backend APIs, databases, and Android applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines for web and Android releases.
• Implement secure HTTPS/TLS communication across all API endpoints.
• Manage access controls, secrets, encryption, and security monitoring.
• Ensure database backup, restoration, disaster recovery, and retention policies.
• Monitor, alert, and log production environments; perform root‑cause analysis.
• Collaborate on capacity planning, cost optimization, and resource utilization.
• Document infrastructure, release records, and operational runbooks.

• 4–8 years of experience in cloud infrastructure, containerization, CI/CD, application security, release management, and production operations.
• Strong expertise in designing and maintaining scalable, secure cloud environments.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, and monitoring solutions.
• Knowledge of secure communication protocols (HTTPS/TLS) and secrets management.
• Experience in regulated or healthcare technology environments is a significant advantage.
