We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to join our team at Neetu to resolve hardware and network issues and maintain overall IT infrastructure.
- Set up and maintain computer systems, networks, and hardware
- Diagnose and fix hardware and software issues
- Monitor network performance and resolve connectivity problems
- Install and configure operating systems and security tools
- Maintain documentation for IT procedures and system updates
- Minimum qualification below 10th / All education levels accepted
- 1 to 4 years of experience in hardware or network engineering
- Hands-on knowledge of operating systems, routers, LAN/WAN, and diagnostic tools
