We are looking for a Database Administrator to own and support our production SQL Server environment in AWS. You will keep our databases reliable, secure, and performant, working closely with the development team on schema design, query tuning, deployments, and data pipeline work.
- Administer and support production SQL Server databases running in AWS (RDS and/or EC2), including monitoring, backups, recovery, patching, and high availability
- Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues
- Work closely with the development team on schema design, query tuning, deployments, and data pipeline work
- Experience with SQL Server administration
- Familiarity with AWS environments (RDS and/or EC2)
