Forex Global Services is seeking a Data Entry Operator to support the sales, logistics, and accounts teams with documentation, data management, and internal coordination.
- Support the sales team with documentation, data entry, and internal coordination
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely dispatches
- Maintain and update customer records and sales data in ERP and internal systems
- Assist in preparing quotations, order confirmations, and sales reports
- Coordinate with accounts for payment updates
- Monitor stock availability and assist in planning order execution
- Assist the sales team in managing client relationships and follow-ups
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with ERP systems and internal databases
- Strong coordination and communication skills to work across sales, logistics, and accounts departments
