Responsible for analyzing large datasets, creating dashboards, and automating reporting to support leadership decisions in sales planning.
- Automate daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel VBA/Macros to improve efficiency.
- Generate, maintain, and consolidate MIS reports.
- Design dashboards and PowerPoint presentations with charts to visualize KPIs such as stock numbers, retail, enquiries, and bookings.
- Create daily and monthly MIS reports and present findings to top management.
- Prepare Target vs Achievement reports and trend sheets for customer orders and enquiries.
- Coordinate with the sales team to collect and clean data.
- Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in MIS, sales analytics, or business reporting.
- Strong working knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) and VBA.
