UGF Mart is looking for a Customer Support Executive to join their team in Hyderabad. The role involves managing customer interactions, delivering quality service, and resolving inquiries in a BPO environment.
- Manage incoming and outgoing calls in a professional manner
- Respond to customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with a problem-solving mindset
- Log customer interactions and track follow-ups
- Offer timely and relevant solutions to resolve customer issues
- Collaborate with team members to escalate and address complex concerns
- Meet key performance metrics including call handling time, customer satisfaction, and resolution rates
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass
- 0-1 years of experience in customer support or telecalling
- Skills required: Domestic Calling, Query Resolution, Non-voice/Chat Process
- Open to a 6-day working week and rotational shifts
