Customer Delight Executive – Quick Commerce

Zepto is hiring Customer Delight Executives to handle chat and phone support for customers experiencing late deliveries, missing items, and refund issues, delivering Zepto's promise of 10-minute grocery happiness.

• Handle 40–60 customer chat and phone interactions daily
• Resolve late delivery, missing item, and refund queries within SLA
• Issue store credits and refunds per Zepto's customer happiness policy
• Escalate repeated complaints to dark store operations manager
• Maintain CSAT above 92%

• Any graduate with 0–2 years customer support experience
• Good Hindi and English written and spoken communication
• Empathy-first approach to customer complaints
• Basic computer and chat tool proficiency
• Quick commerce or e-commerce domain preferred
• Freshers welcome
