Pine Labs is hiring Credit Operations Executives to process BNPL credit applications, verify KYC documents, and manage credit limit assignments for 10M+ shoppers across Pine Labs merchant outlets.
- Process BNPL credit applications within TAT guidelines
- Verify customer KYC and income documents digitally
- Assign credit limits based on bureau and income criteria
- Handle customer credit limit and EMI queries
- Meet daily credit processing volume and accuracy targets
- Any graduate with 0–2 years NBFC, banking, or BPO experience
- Basic credit and KYC documentation knowledge
- Good computer and data entry proficiency
- Good English and Hindi communication
- Freshers with commerce or finance background welcome
